Off-site Service:
Our staff will
take your information and schedule
your pickup or you may deliver the
machine to our office. If the
machine is under Warranty please
attach any pertinent paperwork or
notes. Quadrant Technology's staff
will pick up the machine and return
it after the repairs are completed.
When a machine comes in, it is
checked into our service queue. In a
maximum of 4 hours the technician
will call you with a diagnosis. If
the problem is completely covered by
Warranty no charges will be
involved. If the problem is not
covered under warranty, the
technician will give you a full
repair estimate including parts and
labor.
If you decline the repair, a
$85.00 diagnostic fee will apply. If
you approve the repair you pay for
parts, labor and the $85.00
diagnostic fee is waived. Once the
repair is completed you will be
called. Payment will be due when
machine is picked up delivered.
On-Site Service:
Our service staff
will take your information and
forward it to our on-site
technician. The technician will then
call you back as soon as possible to
schedule the appointment. |
